Burnt Brownies Cheesecake

Combining Goldenfil Choco Crunchy with a creamy cheesecake layer, this recipe delivers a rich and indulgent dessert perfect for any occasion.

Burnt Brownies Cheesecake

Ingredients:

-  80g Goldenfil Choco Crunchy

-  20g butter

-  15g vegetable oil

-  1 egg

-  60g granulated sugar (GULUS)

-  1/8 tsp salt

-  1/4 tsp vanilla essence

-  50g all-purpose flour

-  17g cocoa powder

Cheesecake:

-  250g cream cheese

-  60g granulated sugar (GULUS)

-  9g Goldenfil Maizena

-  1/2 tsp salt

-  1/2 tsp vanilla essence

-  200ml liquid whipping cream

Instructions:

1.  For the brownie batter, combine butter, salt, and Goldenfil Choco Crunchy in a bowl. Mix using a whisk until well blended.


2.  In a separate bowl, mix 1 egg and 60g of granulated sugar (GULUS) until smooth. Add the chocolate mixture, then incorporate 1/4 tsp vanilla essence, 50g all-purpose flour, 17g cocoa powder, 1/8 tsp salt, and 80g Goldenfil Choco Crunchy. Mix well using a mixer.


3.  Pour the brownie batter into a baking pan.


4.  For the cheesecake layer, in a separate bowl, beat 250g cream cheese and 60g granulated sugar (GULUS) until smooth.


5.  Add 2 eggs, 9g Goldenfil Maizena, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, and 200ml liquid whipping cream. Mix thoroughly using a mixer.


6.  Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in the pan.


7.  Bake in the oven at 210°C for 25 minutes.
