- 2 Eggs
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 2–3 Bananas
- 70 g Butter
- 55 g Medium-Protein Flour
- 10 g Milk Powder
- 1/2 g Baking Powder
- A Pinch of Salt
- Filling: As needed Goldenfil Chocolate Spread
1. For the banana batter, add 2–3 sliced bananas to a bowl and mash until smooth.
2. Add melted butter to the banana batter and stir with a whisk until well combined.
3. Add 1 egg yolk, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 10 g milk powder, and 55 g medium-protein flour to the batter. Mix until evenly combined.
4. For the whipping cream, in a separate bowl, whisk 1 egg white until foamy using a mixer or whisk. Gradually add 50 g sugar while whisking until fully incorporated.
5. Fold the whipping cream into the banana batter, then transfer the batter into a piping bag.
6. Place Goldenfil Chocolate Spread into a separate piping bag.
7. Pour the banana batter into a mold, fill the center with Goldenfil Chocolate Spread, then cover the top with more banana batter.
8. Bake the batter in an oven at 170°C for 30–35 minutes. Once baked, remove the cake from the mold.
