Black Glutinous Chocolate Cake

Using Primsfood Black Glutinous Rice Flour, Goldenfil Chocolate Spread, and Goldenfil Cornstarch, this steamed cake recipe delivers a soft texture with a rich chocolate flavor, perfect to enjoy with family or friends.

Black Glutinous Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

-  375g Egg Whites

-  165g Granulated Sugar

-  15g SP (Cake Emulsifier)

-  1/2g Salt

-  1/2 tbsp Zero Burn Essence

-  1/2 tbsp Vanilla Essence

-  45g Coconut Milk

-  70g Medium-Protein Flour

-  25g Primsfood Black Glutinous Rice Flour

-  20g Goldenfil Cornstarch

-  12g Milk Powder

-  100g Goldenfil Chocolate Spread

-  10 drops Black Food Coloring

-  2 drops Pink Food Coloring

Instructions:

1.  Whisk the egg whites, sugar, and SP until half-risen. Add salt, then continue whisking at high speed until thick and leaves a trail.


2.  Lower the speed, then add medium-protein flour, Primsfood black glutinous rice flour, Goldenfil cornstarch, and milk powder. Mix until well combined.


3.  Add oil, zero burn essence, vanilla essence, and coconut milk. Fold gently with a spatula using the folding technique.


4.  Take about 300 grams of batter, then add pink food coloring.


5.  Grease the mold with oil, then pour the batter into the mold.


6.  Steam for 35-40 minutes until cooked. Once cooked, remove from the mold.


7.  The black glutinous chocolate steamed cake with egg whites is ready to be served.
