Cinnamon Rolls Cookies Bun

Ingredients:

Bread Dough:

-  250 g High-Protein Flour

-  30 ml Butter

-  5 g Salt

-  4 g Yeast

-  2 Egg Yolks

-  150 ml Milk

Cookies Dough:

-  100 g Butter

-  50 g Brown Sugar

-  2 Egg Whites

-  1/2 Tsp Vanilla

-  140 g Low-Protein Flour

-  150 g Goldenfil Maizena

-  80 g Goldenfil Choco Crunchy

-  1/2 g Baking Soda

-  Cinnamon (For Sprinkling)

Instructions:

1.  For the bread dough, mix 4 g yeast, 35 g sugar, and 150 ml milk in a bowl until well combined.


2.  In a separate bowl, add 140 g high-protein flour, then pour in the mixed bread dough and stir until smooth.


3.  Separate the egg whites and yolks, then add the yolks to the dough. Mix until fully incorporated. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and set aside.


4.  For the cookies dough, in another bowl, mix 100 g butter, 50 g brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla until smooth. Add 80 g Goldenfil Choco Crunchy and mix again until evenly combined.


5.  Add 140 g low-protein flour, 2 egg whites, 15 g Goldenfil Maizena, and 1/2 tsp baking soda to the mixture. Stir thoroughly and cover with plastic wrap.


6.  To shape the dough, roll out the bread dough using a rolling pin, then sprinkle with sugar and cocoa powder as desired. Spread the cookies filling over the rolled-out dough and roll it together to a thickness of 1 cm.


7.  After rolling, shape the dough into a log, wrap it in plastic wrap, and chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


8.  Slice the chilled dough into 9 pieces or as desired. Place the slices on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Once baked, Cinnamon Rolls Cookies Bun is ready to be served.
